£60,000 basic + package

Our leading payments client have grown their internal EPMO structure to support the business deliver change across the organisation. The new structure allows the business to track, deliver & facilitate change in a way that supports business growth & exposes the PMO to senior leaders within the organisation.

With the number of projects & growth of the function there has become a need for a PMO professional to join the function to take holder of project areas & support the business deliver transformation effectively.

The team is small presently & therefore requires a hands on PMO that's worked in potentially smaller organisations to be hands on in their activities from planning through to governance.

The business are looking for a candidate from the following background:

  • Financial services, ideally smaller more nimble organisation experience
  • PMO - 3 - 10 years experience
  • EPMO experience would be looked upon favourably
  • Planning
  • Stakeholder management
  • Working with senior stakeholders to understand complex project needs

The role will involve:

  • Workshop facilitation
  • Setting up project governance
  • Working with key business areas to facilitate change delivery
  • Stakeholder management
  • Interacting with key business sponsors
  • Working with the head of EPMO & Head of change to work across multiple projects

This role offers the candidate exposure to a payments organisation at the heart of the UK payments industry & allows the candidate access to key stakeholders who are shaping the industry.
