  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all things Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
  • Maintain and optimise existing Power Automate workflows to meet evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with the IT Service Desk and Head of IT to identify opportunities for business process improvement.
  • Work in partnership with the AI & Automation Engineer to ensure documentation is up to date and accessible.
  • Lead the integration of third-party APIs such as Oracle NetSuite to boost operational efficiency.
  • Own Power Platform projects end-to-end-from discovery and definition through to testing and deployment.
  • Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance best practices for Power Platform solutions.
  • Design scalable, maintainable technical solutions based on stakeholder needs.
  • Partner with IT leadership to shape system architecture and define necessary customisations.

Experience required

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
  • Proven experience in supporting complex, multi-dimensional business environments.
  • Strong communication skills - able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Comfortable working independently from concept to deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver value.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Committed to delivering robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
