Strategic Change Consultant (Insurance)

Strategic Consultant required by a successful and growing insurance company operating within the Lloyd's Insurance Market. Positioned within the organisations internal consulting function, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking key ideas / initiatives from the exec and analysing how feasible they are and to support them in formulating change. The role requires a consultancy approach (fast paced, no formal structure, extensive interaction at c-level) so will suit candidates coming from consultancy or with previous consultancy experience (ideally big 4).

Strategic Consultant (Insurance)

Required experience:

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management experience up to C-level.
  • Insurance industry experience that ideally includes Lloyd's / London Market.
  • Pro-active, self-starter with the ability operate effectively within a fast paced unstructured environment.
  • Experience of insurance change / operational environments.
  • Experience of managing and owning initiatives from planning through to delivery.
  • Any data or Lean experience would be highly beneficial.
