Trade Promotion Optimisation Process Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a Process Lead to get involved in an end-to-end system upgrade, identifying a roadmap and putting together a reporting suite based on current and future KPIs

Some Key Responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Coordinating with the business lead to support the definition of local Revenue Management & Trade promotion optimisation processes and required system training programmes for Commercial and Financial users
  • Acting as an advocate for change in Revenue Management through business process re-definition
  • Writing test scripts for Revenue Management area, validate data and execute testing
  • Supporting delivery team and accurately documenting any template changes
  • Active member / facilitator of fit gap workshops, identifying, documenting and validating gaps

The successful candidate will have

  • experience of landing a clearly defined set of reports and capabilities
  • strong Revenue Management experience with knowledge of systems, process flows, governance and period close process for top line reporting
  • knowledge and understanding of Trade Funds management concepts
  • experience with different Go To Market models, lines of business on how promotional business plans are developed and executed to meet revenue and margin targets on an annual basis including back office trade spend process understanding
