About the Company: My client is a leading organisation in the FMCG/Manufacturing sector, My client are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team and contribute to our financial strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present financial performance reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments to provide financial guidance and support, driving business performance and profitability.
  • Cost Management: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements across the organisation.
  • Risk Management: Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial health.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and business partnering.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive approach to challenges.
