HR Manager

Investigo is partnering a growing Professional Services business with the recruitment for a HR Manager/Business Partner to be based in Hertfordshire.

Due business growth last year and the predicted continuation throughout 2021, The HR Director is looking to increase the HR function with this newly created role.

Reporting to the HR Director, the HRM will be accountable for partnering a growing client group, working will all levels of the business.

As a HR Generalist, this remit will be broad but will include Talent, Recruitment, Learning and Employee Relations.

Due to the size of HR and the team based environment, you will be comfortable in all levels of HR support, including Administration when required.

This role will suit a HR Manager/Business Partner who is used to working with small client groups and who is looking to join a business with a very open and fun culture.

• Recent Experience within SME businesses, those from Large/Corporates will NOT be considered.
