What you'll be doing:

• Leading and maturing the PMO, moving it from operational to strategic.

• Designing and embedding governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks that add real value.

• Partnering with Project and Programme Managers to improve visibility, control, and reporting quality.

• Driving automation and smarter reporting tools to enhance efficiency and insight.

• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping thinking and setting direction for delivery excellence.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Centralised PMO Manager within the financial services sector.

• A strong track record in developing and improving PMO functions, frameworks, and governance models.

• Deep understanding of project and change delivery within a regulated environment.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence at all levels.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement and practical delivery outcomes.
