Each year we look for ways to bring our charity partnership to life for our employees to increase engagement across the business. Previous years have seen us organising food and clothes donations for refugees and delivering it to the refugee camps and last year we wholly funded a suicide research project that would go on to positively impact mental health establishments throughout the UK.

This year, as part of our BIG Investigo Give campaign, we wanted to support the charity with both funding and our time. We have committed to volunteering for Panathlon to help run their sporting events over the course of 2019. We have given every person in the business one day to use to volunteer with the charity where they will assist with putting on the activities for the participants.

This approach enables our employees to connect with the charity through truly understanding the benefit to the individuals it involves. It also helps to improve their disability awareness.

Our CEO took part in one of our recent volunteering days at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, he commented: “Although our partnership with Panathlon has only just begun, it's clear to see Ashley and his team of committed helpers provide an invaluable service and have a genuine passion for what they do.

The children who took part in the various sports clearly loved the day and their commitment could only be matched by their coaches/teachers. Good luck in the final at the Copper Box everyone!

Our team at Investigo felt privileged that we could help and we are looking forward to volunteering at the next Panathlon event.”
