Accounts Assistant

Investigo are delighted to be partnering a recognisable organisation looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant. Due to a restructure, they are looking to combine 2 positions into one, to form this role. Ideally you'll be a confident transactional professional, looking to further progress your career.

Key duties:

• Processing invoices onto system
• Data input of Cash Receipts and Credit Cards
• Weekly cash flow reports
• General accruals & Prepayments
• Monthly journals
• Month end closure routine to trial balance
• Monthly bank reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Fixed Asset Maintenance

This is a great opportunity for someone who potentially is studying their AAT and looking to gain further experience.
