Accounts Payable Specialist - Short Notice

This is a fantastic opportunity working for a consultancy organisation in the Chertsey area.

You will be either immediately available or on short notice and have experience in accounts payable and the below duties

Salary: £25000 - £28000

Duties & Essentials

• AP - Oracle experience
• Suppliers weekly payment runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Experience using Concur - for the Travel & Entertainment - staff expenses
• Understanding and able to perform of accruals and prepayments & associated reconciliations
• Direct Debit - major vendors reconciliations, Utilities, mobile, rates etc
• Running reports for the accounting team
• Month end, year end, auditors support for AP,BS reconciliations
