Assistant Accountant

Investigo are pleased to be partnering a recognisable employer based in Northampton. This position will provide vital support within their Accounting team. Ideally you'll be actively studying and looking to further progress your finance career.

Key duties:

• Show a general understanding and interest in Tax and VAT legislation
• Look at ways to improve the system
• Carry out tax analysis to support the Senior Accountant
• Manage the fixed assets registers and the related workflows for fixed assets
• Support the wider finance function with ad-hoc tasks
• Providing support in improving upon existing processes
• Confident in managing stakeholders
