Assistant Accountant

Salary- Up to £40,000 per annum.

This role will be reporting into the company Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the Processing of supplier invoices on a timely and accurate basis, and responding to supplier queries.
• Prepare and process payment runs.
• Support the month end process, including the preparation and posting of month end journals.
• Assist in the preparation of the management accounts, including maintaining and preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support the credit card and employee expenses processes, ensuring employee expenses are processed on a timely basis.
• Support the credit control team, including chasing clients for payments, running reports and mail merges.
• Ad-Hoc duties.
  

Key Attributes:

• Part Qualified
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Desirable to have experience in Sage Intacct/Sap
