Key accountabilities

  • Support the Business Design manager in identifying improvement opportunities across the Retail division and delivery of positive improvement which will support the customer and colleague experience and cost stretch.
  • Work as part of the wider Strategy and Design team, championing the customer agenda, focusing ourselves and others on what really matters, and role modelling new ways of working such as behavioural experiments, and agile ways of working.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office packages


Please note, interviews will most likely be held end of next week at the Chester offices. The business may be flexible around some working from home, and the role will involve travel to different UK locations, dependant on projects.
