Assistant Finance Manager

Investigo have partnered with a well-established construction business based in Watford to recruit for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their growing organisation. The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic culture where there is room to progress. You will be providing assistance in the production of accurate, timely financial data and reports for the managed service clients. This is a permanent position, paying between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

Key Duties; -

• Assisting in the production of annual revenue and capital budgets
• Providing additional ad-hoc reports as required
• Assisting in the running of the purchase ordering function
• Raising and dispatching orders and matching invoices
• Assisting in the production of actual -vs- budget forecasts
• Setting up and maintaining relevant projects in the finance system
• Contributing to continually improving the reporting capability of the systems
• Looking to improve processes wherever possible
• Maintaining good working relationships with all stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate; -

• ACCA / CIMA Finalist
• Experience with working in a similar role
• High attention to detail
• Computer literate, including excel
• Excellent organisation skills
• Good communication skills, both written & verbal
