This is a key appointment with a UK based private equity portfolio company based in the UK. The company designs and manufactures a variety of industrial components, with customers in the USA, Europe and China. It has operations in 6 countries.

Newly acquired, the business has extensive growth potential within its existing product portfolio as well as opportunities for innovation and further growth through strategic acquisitions.

Reporting directly into the firms executive committee and working closely with the fund, this key role will be responsible for developing and executing a value creation plan with the primary focus on growing the business however also developing and overseeing a firm wide operational transformation.

The individual will deliver growth through through identifying and building new relationships on a global basis as well as working with the product and design teams to develop the portfolio.

We are interested in speaking to candidates with substantial senior leadership experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector, ideally with some exposure to PE, IPO or trade sales. The individual must have significant experience of P&L ownership, be an inspirational leader and have the ability continuously improve commercial and operational performance.
