Cloud Architect- Financial Services- London- Permanent

I am currently looking for a Cloud Architect work for a top financial organisation based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a new strategic global technology platform. You will be working in a fast-paced environment that's open, collaborative and agile.

Responsibilities:

• Assess client capabilities, determine technical requirements and create solutions designed to meet business goals
• Able to build consensus across business and technical teams, make case for changes and present complex technical solutions to both business and IT stakeholders in the appropriate way
• Create design for solutions factoring in infrastructure, networking, storage and application design and requirements
• Migrate complex workloads and data pipelines to the cloud
• Help with improvements in Containerisation, DevOps and general SDLC

Experience required:

• Experienced Solution Architect
• Project management and leadership skills are essential
• Experience developing IT and cloud infrastructure
• Experience in software engineering and design architecture
• Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
• Understanding of cloud adoption framework and enterprise scale use of public cloud platforms
• Understanding of the well architected framework and architectural best practices
