Continuous Improvement Consultant / Business Process Analyst / Lean Sigma / Six Sigma / Insurance

Our client, a global Insurance organisation has an immediate requirement for a Business Improvement Consultant to lead Value Stream Mapping, identify waste and inefficiencies for a key client led workstream.

Role Description:

  • Lead the delivery of business improvement projects to enable improvements in customer and business value.
  • Actively identify potential risks & issues relating to the delivery of projects and manage a resolution process in a timely manner, only escalating major issues.
  • Work with business functions to develop and implement data gathering techniques to identify and rank opportunities for continuous improvement

Required Experience:

  • 4 to 6 years relevant experience in managing Lean/Six Sigma projects
  • ICWA, CA, MBA (Finance) or Commerce graduate
  • Experience in managing F&A operations is desired
  • Analytical skills with ability to deep dive and make fact-based decisions will be helpful
  • Strong communication, relationship building and collaborative skills to help enable Win-Win approach application to resolve issues and design/align future processes
  • Experience of working with and influencing stakeholders at a senior manager level.
  • Possesses a Lean Six Sigma certifications
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across geographies.
  • Open for travel across regions
