Job description
Investigo are supporting a business based in Slough with the recruitment for a General Credits Administrator on a permanent basis to join their busy team in supporting finance functions.
- Ensure exceptional level of accuracy across all accounts when raising credits.
- Resolution to be dealt with promptly and professionally, as set out by your manager.
- Monthly Credit Checks on customers
- General Admin work e.g. filling, organisation of shared mail boxes
- Full ownership of credit control mailbox - distributing emails to credit controllers, sending copy invoices/credits to customers
- Collating the information and credit requests from the credit control mailbox and adding them on spreadsheet before passing them for final approval
- Raising rebates for 3 of our customers, as per the current process
- Reduction in levels of overall outstanding old credits
- Manage and process the direct debits (approximately 20 customers)
- Send invoices to customers through system every Monday
- Send credit report to the business every Friday
- To complete any other reasonable task as requested by management
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience within a role in a Sales Ledger Department
- Experience of working with foreign currencies would be beneficial but can be taught.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, excel, word etc.
- Strong knowledge of excel, Pivot tables/Vlookups
- Excellent skills at building successful relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in written & oral English.
- Accountability and ownership of workload.

- Effective planning and organising skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Good communicator
- Enthusiastic and self-driven!
