Company Overview

You will be joining a very well-known, prestigious and highly regarded Recruitment firm as their Credit Control Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a close-knit Credit Control team of 6, reporting into the Credit Control Team Leader, you will be supported by a much larger wider finance team consisting of Finance Operations and Payroll. Based in their modern City of London office 1 day a week (typically a Wednesday), you will have the flexibility to work from home for the remaining 4 days.

Role Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive and administrative support to the Credit Control team.
  • Management of multiple inboxes on Outlook to ensure smooth flow of communication between the team members.
  • Saving of remits for the daily cash in bank - GBP, Euro and SEK and chasing clients for the remits where needed.
  • RPO/selfbill breakdowns for cash recieved.
  • Resolving RPO payment queries.
  • Assists with the daily cash allocation in GP.
  • Allocation of payments on account and credit note offsets.
  • Assists with uploading of invoices on portals such as Exostar/Coupa, Ariba and Tradeshift.
  • Maintenance of Purchase orders and invoices - Amendments and additions on ETZ.

Role Requirements

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to possess 6 months to 1 year of relevant Credit Control, Finance Admin or Office Admin experience. Alternatively, you will be a proactive, enthusiastic and self-motivated school leaver with a fantastic work ethic and a clear drive to succeed. You will be a committed, dedicated and collaborative team player with meticulous attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

In Return

You will receive an annual salary of up to £29,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. You will have very flexible hybrid working options with the chance to work from home 4 days a week with just 1 day in the London office.
