Credit Controllers x3

Investigo Finance are recruiting Credit Controllers x3 for a client based in Northampton.

In the position of Credit Controller x3 Northampton you will report into the Credit Manager ensuring all cash is maximised in line with company standards ensuring supplier customers relationships are maintained. Other key duties to include:

• Responsible for the efficient, timely cash collection of overdue accounts managing a split of the ledger and key accounts
• Accurate invoice production for accounts using SAP software
• Liaison with Account Directors, Managers and Customers during billing and credit control cycle.
• Collection of all monies owing and ensuring timely collection of overdue balances
• Produce weekly debtor reports
• Attend Operational meetings to discuss key accounts
• Chasing accounts by letter, telephone and email.

The Profile

The successful candidate will need to have previous credit control experience managing a ledger from start to finish including chasing outstanding debt to cash allocation

Ability to resolve supplier queries and own the process through to completion

Strong communication skills

Team player to assist colleagues during key month end periods

The Salary

£25,000 to £27,000 Basic plus performance related bonus up to 20%, pension and private health
