Data Business Analyst with excellent Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Insight Analysis, Business Performance and Excel expertise required for Insurance client based in Ipswich

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders across to deliver detailed business and data requirements on Business Intelligence projects. Be the point person for collation of requirements and subsequent sharing and obtaining of sign offs
• Activities will include Stakeholder engagement, Requirements Elicitation, Backlog Refinement, Wireframing, Data Analysis, etc
• In this position, you will work within our Business Intelligence team, analysing complex data sets to identify issues/opportunities and support our stakeholders by providing practical solutions to ultimately improve the way they work and bring value to the business and our customers!
• You will work collaboratively with Product Owners, Project Managers, B.I Developers, and Testers

Essential Skills

• Working in an agile software delivery environment
• 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Minimum 1yr+ commercial Data Analysis experience (inc managing complex data sets).
• Analytical Mindset
• Comfortable speaking with stakeholders
• Use of TFS/VSTS/Azure DevOps/Jira for requirements management

Desirable Skills

• Power BI/ Tableau/ Qlikview
• SQL/MySQL skills
