Engagement Manager

Our client is a boutique consultancy with a specialist focus on pricing, marketing & sales across multiple sectors. They are looking to hire their next Project Manager at a time of impressive growth.

The firm is a leading specialist in the pricing market, that differentiates itself through providing an individualised service as well as maximising pricing opportunity across their portfolio. They carry an impressive track record across their client base and have gone from strength to strength.

They are looking for a pricing expert with experience in project management who wants to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team. You will be responsible for leading the daily management of the engagement team and driving the internal and external pricing for a range of clients. You will have exposure to line management, the development of new initiatives, and a range of pricing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the problem-solving process and daily management of the engagement team
• Act as a pricing expert through the implementation of multiple pricing strategies and competitor analysis
• Participate in developing innovative approaches and supporting the recruitment initiatives
• Manage one of the key development areas of the business
• Commit to the growth management and support of junior analysts
• Manage client relationships and help realise sales opportunities
• Grow and maintain an extensive client network
• Act as a leader for the team in times of change and uncertainty
• Assist the consulting team with proposal development

Necessary Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in a analytical pricing or commercial environment
• Strong core process, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Proven experience within project delivery and management
• Strong communication skills, a foreign language desirable
• Strong leadership skills
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and MS Access, preferred
