Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will report into a Group Financial Controller, managing a team of 3 and will support the wider group with process and systems improvements. The Finance Manager will be directly accountable for the following:

• Oversight of the Group management and Financial reporting
• Business partnering with wider finance function and finance leadership team
• Managing and developing a team of 3
• Enhancing the forecasting and budgeting tools
• Leading the profit and loss forecasts and annual plans with analysis and commentary
• Supporting the business units with day to day accounting queries
• Fixed asset accounting, ownership of the balance sheet and ledgers for the shared area
• Supporting IT, HR, Marketing and Fleet departments with accounting matters
• Getting involved in wider commercial finance matters

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant who is ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified with 2-4 years PQE.
