The company are experiencing an exciting time in their history and are keen to expand their UK Finance team by recruiting a Finance Manager into a newly created position. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to shape the direction of the UK business and enhance decision making across their International network.

The role of Finance Manager is a hands on opportunity where you will support the Head of Finance in all aspects of finance with key accountability for the UK accounting, financial transactions, financial reporting, tax, treasury and financial control. The role will manage a Finance team with a key focus on improving accounting and reporting processes for the region as well as owning statutory and management reporting, business compliance and any ad-hoc projects for the division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and developing a team, improving processes and developing and improving long term stakeholder relationships

You will be a qualified accountant, ideally a practice trained ACA (CIMA, ACCA also considered) who is educated to degree level with a strong background in core finance, financial reporting, financial controls and tax. You will be a high performer who is able to support stakeholders across all levels and who can engage, identify and improve in line with internal KPI's and key financial standards.

The business are seeking individuals with a diverse skill set including strong stakeholder engagement, pro-active leadership, management and financial reporting and strong IFRS ideally gained within a fast track B2B. Those who have previously managed a team would be ideal but the company will also consider fast track performers seeking management as their next step.
