FRENCH CREDIT CONTROLLER

Credit Controller - MUST be fluent in French

Location: Flexible working 2/3 days in Central London offices - Shoreditch / Old Street

Salary - £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Job Description:

• Managing complex key accounts, including managing and allocating debit notes, rebates and discounts.
• Manage customer accounts for France
• Ensure Credit Control department interacts well with customers and departmental colleagues
• Allocating workload and accounts to credit controllers, review ledgers and ensure all actions are effectively followed up
• Weekly cash forecasts
• Liaising with an insurance broker and external debt collection agency to manage customer risk and minimise bad debt
• Chasing outstanding debt via telephone, e-mail and resolve queries
• Building and maintaining successful working relationships with customers
• Work with Group Financial Controller to continuously improve processes within Credit Control

Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Previous Credit Control experience
• Organised, hard working and great initiative
• A great team player with excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills
• MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH
