Global HQ Workplace + Construction Programme Director

I'm currently recruiting for a top Financial Services client for their London Headquarter (HQ) Programme Director major move and construction project.

• The role will work as part of a multi-function team developing an integrated workplace strategy, guiding principles and best practice solutions.
• Proactively manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring, business requirements are fully understood.
• The role requires working with the Bank's executive leadership across the business to lead, influence and drive the strategic proposition delivering positive change, productivity, and engagement.
• The role requires strategic thinking, an ability to understand and articulate key business requirements, and an ability to understand and properly shape and influence the best workspace outcomes for the relocation.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Expertise and knowledge in Workplace Strategy, Construction Management, Real Estate, operational Facilities Management, colleague experience and transformation
• A background in running major construction projects for a similar end user or a top Real Estate / Project Management consultancy
• Have both the technical understanding and stakeholder management skills to influence in an extremely high pressure & complex environment
