Head of Delivery

Well known not for profit organisation is seeking to recruit a Head of Delivery on a contract basis for an initial 3 month contract to start as soon as possible whilst a permanent counterpart is sourced for the role, working across their DDaT remit.
Current team consists of 19 members including 2 current direct reports. The team is split across product, infrastructure, content, service design and a mix of other technology areas.

This is a role for someone who is a seasoned Head of Delivery who ideally has experience of working in charities / not for profits, has some experience of management across mid-larger delivery teams and is experienced with peer level working with reviewing the delivery function of the future. Must have experience of working across change and transformation, some technology understanding and importantly management experience.

Day to day duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to governance, risk and reporting, board meetings, overseeing programmes to ensure they are on track, troubleshooting, contracts, procuring software, engaging with 3rd parties and supporting the team through change.

Role is to start as soon as possible and will be paying £600/day inside IR35, fully remote with the option to come to site if you want to. Please apply in the first instance and I will come back to you.
