Head of Engineering

Role: Head of Engineering:

Location: Surrey/Remote (1x per week in office)

Salary: Circa 110k base

A key priority for this role will be evolving the current platform build from monolithic architecture into microservices. Your role will play a key part in steering the direction for this transformation.

Alongside this, you will be excited by the opportunity to strengthen the engineering capability, growing your own team and overseeing the entire software development life-cycle. The leadership side of this role is crucial - while still taking a hands-on approach.

You will ideally have a .Net and Azure background and be able to simultaneously interrogate the work of developers while maintaining a birds eye view of the entire landscape.
