Head of Group Finance

A Global Private Equity backed Technology business based in Central London are looking for a Head of Group Finance. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to gain excellent exposure in a growing business and act as a number two to the CFO.

As Head of Group Finance you will manage the ROW finance team in the UK, you will oversee the timely consolidation of group results, group reporting and various group tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• To oversee the daily processes of the finance department
• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial management accounts
• Ensure the group taxes are paid and calculated correctly and on time
• To plan and control the annual budgeting exercise and maintain a group-wide forecasts
• To handle the day to day aspects of the annual audit group-wide, including preparation of draft accounts in statutory format for audit
• Oversee and control the forecast cashflow
• To deputise for the CFO.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks

To be considered for this position you must:

• Be a qualified accountant
• Have experience of private equity reporting, software businesses and international exposure
• Have strong communication skills with the ability to challenge internal and external stakeholders
• Have previous experience in managing a well-run finance team
• Have proven transformation & integration experience
