Leading the HR Payroll team
Responsibility for the implementation of payroll accounting with SAP HCM in accordance with legal requirements
Ensuring the implementation of all current legal requirements (including tax, social security and labor law) within the department
SAP Group Key User: carrying out ongoing maintenance of the HR module (tests as part of support packages, maintenance and control of employee master data and organizational management, collaboration on and testing of SAP HR enhancements, creation of documentation and user manuals)
Contact person for managers, employees and the entire HR team for payroll, payroll tax and social security issues; support for the interface to FI, CO and IT
Carrying out year-end closing work, in particular calculating provisions (vacation, flexitime, severance payments, BG, severely disabled levy)
Processing audits (audits, social security, BG and tax audits)
Preparation of payroll accounting with SAP HCM for an assigned group of people (managers and defined cost centers)
Regular preparation of statistics and evaluations via SAP queries and reports, determination and monitoring of key figures as part of the HR strategy
