HR Business Partner

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading Hertfordshire based business in the recruitment for a HR Business Partner for a 6-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Divisional Head of HR, this role will be accountable for providing Generalist HR support to a corporate division of this global business.

The business is going through significant change and this role is an additional head to partner with a growing part of the company. Although initially 6 months, there is possibility of extension beyond.

Partnering the Senior and Mid Management team, you will support on:

• Talent/Change Management
• HR Project Management
• Employee Relations

This is a true Generalist role with a good mix of operational HR and HR project management.

We are looking for a proven HR Business Partner/Manager with broad experience.

The role works within a small department and therefore you must be a team player and given the visibility to the Senior Leadership team you must be engaging and approachable.

This is am immediate start role so you must be available in June.
