HR Specialist- Organizational effectiveness (Data)

Hybrid 2-3 days per week in office 2 from anywhere

Why this job matters

This role will be a core part of the People Transformation team with responsibilities spanning the entire employee lifecycle. It will support initiatives aimed at improving our overall colleague experience. These initiatives include, but are not limited to, leadership and talent interventions, engagement and culture initiatives, including our quarterly employee survey, as well as all cyclical activities related to employee performance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support cyclical engagement survey 'Your Say' reporting and action planning.
  • Support the delivery of the end-to-end performance cycle - from quarterly and half-yearly check-ins to end-of-year processes such as fairness checks, ratings, and goal setting.
  • Own performance, talent, and engagement system data reporting.
  • Support key SAP performance and talent system change decisions.
  • Support all ad hoc performance queries and case management queries.
  • Support Non-UK data needs, working with in-country specialists.
  • Support in developing key performance, leadership, talent, and engagement collateral and packs.
  • Support reporting, analysis, and project delivery across a range of performance, talent, leadership, and culture initiatives.

Skills And Experience

  • Reporting and analytics.
  • Experience of using SAP HR module would be beneficial.
  • Designing and creating collateral/content.
