I have an urgent need for an experienced IT Business Analyst to start working with one of my clients in Surrey, who are in the early stages of a sizable Digital Transformation journey. I am interested in speaking to the people in my network who are used to working in an environment without much structure or maturity from a project management perspective. This role really requires someone who is comfortable working with minimum supervision, who really understands (and can explain / sell) the benefit of a BA role, to a user group who aren't familiar with the role of a BA. I need someone who will quickly be able to win over various business users to get them on side to contribute to a variety of software implementation projects across CRM, ERP, HR software, Applications and more.

I'm looking for people with previous experience working in Retail, Ecommerce, Hospitality and Catering, ideally someone who has worked in an SME or smaller company / team. I am open to people who have worked in Blue-chip companies but I would need to be convinced of experience dealing with ambiguous environments and working in lean teams.
