Junior Finance Business Partner

Investigo Finance are recruiting a Finance Analyst for an SME services client based in Northampton.

In the position of Finance Analyst Northampton you will report into the Commercial Finance Manager providing key financial data across all business lines as the business goes through a major transition of growth. Other key duties to include:

• Review and analysis of month end management accounts (Branch level analytics)
• Liaise with Operations and the accounting team to ensure the regional business units P&Ls are accurate
• Produce effective performance KPI's, including weekly and monthly reporting, continually reviewing for improvement.
• Support commercial projects and transformation workstreams - including detailed financial modelling, review and reporting.
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance.
• Continually challenge current processes and recommend improvements to all aspects of financial control.

The Profile

The successful candidate will need to be a Part Qualified Accountant either ACCA/CIMA

Ability to analyse and manipulate key data across all business lines and present highlighting variances

Strong communication skills being able to develop strong working relationships with peers and senior leadership

The Salary

£35,000 to £40,000 plus benefits and full study package
