MEP Design Assurance Manager - Contract Assignment

Investigo are working with a Public Sector body who are building a team to provide design management advice from construction to through-life maintenance. Whilst this team is being recruited permanently, they are in the market for a number of interims.

MEP Design Assurance Manager role

• Providing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) advice
• Ensuring compliance set out by the Design Guide and Employers Requirements
• Undertaking specialist technical assurance and due diligence of MEP systems
• Conducting testing and commissioning of work packages
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations

The ideal candidate

• Has a degree level qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline, with membership of CIBSE
• Knowledge of building systems and high-performance design
• Experience of delivering a major property project within a Public Sector setting
• A strong understanding of technical design management and delivery
• Ideally with a background in an Engineering Consultancy or a client organisation
• Must be Security Cleared or Counter Terrorism Checked within the last 12 months
