Pricing Lead

Our client is a commercially led technology firm that specialises in connecting consumers with merchants via e-commerce. They are currently looking to hire a pricing specialist with consumer experience that is looking to take on more ownership in their career.

Since launch, the firm has introduced multiple market driving initiatives to enhance its competitiveness. They currently offer thousands of activities, goods and services worldwide through their website. In this role, you will be a part of the Pricing and Promotions team on an international scale and play a huge part in implementing and analysing the efficiency of pricing and promotional strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Defining and analysing business metrics to continuously improve pricing practices
• Leading the implementation of strategic pricing initiatives
• Leading meetings with key stakeholders focused on reviewing the pricing strategy
• Proposing changes to pricing leadership to impact monthly sales targets
• Leading weekly system price changes for the entire product offering
• Proposing meaningful updates to improve reporting efficiency
• Collaborating with other internal departments to ensure pricing efficiency and corroboration
• Ensuring all pricing strategies and decisions are internationally competitive

Necessary Skill:

• Pricing experience within a commercial/consultancy environment
• Experience working with FMCG, budgets, and pricing reporting
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving mentality and a creative mindset
• Project management experience, preferable
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• SQL, data visualisation and Tableau skills, desirable
