Project Manager (M&E / FM)

We are looking for a Project Manager with an M&E or Facilities Management background to work on a set of projects for a very prestigious Central London client. This role would suit someone with a couple of years experience as a Project Manager in the Construction sector with good exposure to Project Delivery.

You will be working on a number of different projects at one time, so excellent organisational skills and experience with stakeholder engagement is expected. This will be a challenging but very rewarding set of projects to work on and will provide an excellent pathway for you to develop your skills as a Construction Project Manager.

This is a permanent role and would only be suitable for someone at Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager level, hence the salary guide is £30-45k

Experience needed:

• Must come from an M&E / FM background or have experience working on the delivery of these projects
• Experience working as a Project Manager in the Construction sector
• Able to organise and attend site meetings
• Good understanding of project costing and delivery
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
• Excellent communication skills
