Job description

My client is looking for an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk to assist their team through a busy period. This role will sit within a large, busy finance function and this role is suitable for an experienced candidate with plenty of systems experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking and coding Purchase Orders
  • Processing expenses
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Preparing payment runs for approval
  • Handling supplier queries
  • Processing company invoices
  • Checking and processing expenses and credit card claims
  • Managing the AP inbox
  • Assist the general office as required

Successful candidates are:

  • Immediately available
  • Confident using a variety of ERP systems
  • At least 2-3 years of experience
