Essentials

• AAT Qualified or ACCA/CIMA Studier
• Experience in Multi National transactions & partnering
• Experience of wider transactional finance as well as accounts payable
• Experience of managing and leading a finance team
• Competent with Excel & Software packages

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring clients are paid on a timely basis.
• Support the business in managing relations and ensuring all queries are resolved.
• Manage all ok the UK entities and correspond with overseas team.
• Ensure supplier statements are reconciled on a monthly basis.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments are made to meet all statutory requirements.
• Accurately record the daily cash movements within the accounting system.
• To prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all centrally managed bank accounts.
• Forecasting transactional cash flows.
