The role sits within this FTSE listed property organisation and requires the candidate to make key business and strategic decisions on a regular basis and will provide a platform for them to develop both their technical and commercial skills. Expertise or a desire to learn about financial modelling is absolutely key and it is also essential to have an interest in the Real Estate sector as a whole.
