Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with a specialization in nonprofit implementations to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce's nonprofit offerings and a proven track record of architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions for nonprofit organizations. You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet the unique needs and requirements of nonprofit clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for nonprofit organizations, including Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Collaborate with nonprofit clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives, and design tailored Salesforce solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and industry regulations.
  • Design and implement custom features and functionality within Salesforce to support nonprofit-specific use cases, such as donor management, fundraising, volunteer management, and program tracking.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for nonprofit clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay current with Salesforce's nonprofit offerings, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve Salesforce implementations and drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a specialization in nonprofit implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce's nonprofit offerings, including Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of nonprofit business processes and requirements, with experience working with nonprofit organizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
