SAP Transition Lead - S/4HANA - 12 Months - Remote.

I am looking for an SAP Transition Lead to join an EMEA SAP S/4HANA Programme on a 12 month initial contract starting in the next 2/3 weeks. The role will be starting remotely until it is safe to return to the office which is based in Surrey.

The SAP Transition Lead will support the programme in developing regionally standardised processes and improving the performance of the organisation to meet the process and system related programme objectives.

You will be responsible for ensuring that market unique requirements are recognised and implemented in the global template design. This will occur through:
* Participation in the development and implementation of standard processes and Master Data
* Participation in planning and execution of the process change management activities
* Effective definition and communication of process controls in EMEA in order to support a culture of compliance

The role will cover multiple Affiliates in a heavily matrixed environment and will be responsible for leading change and process enhancements in their respective markets. In order to ensure a successful outcome for their relevant markets, influencing will be required of a significant network of key stakeholders.

Core Tasks, Responsibilities and Authority

• Participate in development and implementation of standard processes and Master Data as part of the EMEA SAP S/4HANA Programme
• Participate in planning and execution of the programme related process change management activities
• Assist in defining and communicating controls in EMEA, support a culture of compliance
