Pricing Actuary, London, up to £120,000 + bonus + benefits

A prestigious London Market insurer is looking for a few technical pricing actuaries.

If you want to be at the forefront of analytics, be creative and do something different, this would be a great team to join. Whether you want to be in a traditional London Market pricing role or a Retail focused technical, analytical/modelling role, this team offers both. You'll also have the opportunity to work hand in hand with the underwriters and get great exposure to the wider business.

There will be a broad spectrum of work across various lines of business. There is flexibility to make the role your own as the roles have come about as a result of growth and need for more technical pricing expertise rather than attrition.

There has been an increased demand from the business for actuarial insight. They need to refresh benchmark pricing tools, rate validation and do more analytical/ creative work. There's so much demand from the underwriters which is a great opportunity for actuaries to add more value to the business.

They are open to looking at candidates from different backgrounds: Personal Lines, Lloyd's/ London Market, SME broker etc. Experience in SAS, SQL, VBA or R would be an advantage.
