We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join this high growth business based in Dunstable. You are probably working in an Accounts/ Finance Assistant type role involved in month end activity, but you want to kick on & take the next step, this role will provide it.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who wants to learn and is not afraid to get stuck in at month end

Key Duties

• Management of Capital Expenditure
• Processing of the Bi-Weekly Hourly Payroll
• Preparing the Weekly P&L for internal distribution
• Preparing and posting of month end journals
• Timely preparation of internal and external month-end reports following accounts finalisation - including analysis and commentary.
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Posting of daily bank receipts
• Set up of New Vendors o Preparation and consolidation of information for inclusion in the annual budget and ongoing forecasting.
• Assist in the review and maintenance of strict internal controls.
• Assistance with statutory reporting and annual audit.
• Other ongoing finance projects across different functions.
