3 Months - £350-£400 per day (Inside IR35) - Ideally 1 day from London office, the rest remote

Our London based client have an immediate requirement for a Business Analyst to join on an initial 3-month basis. There is scope to extend depending on the delivery over the initial 3-month period.

Key requirements for the Business Analyst:

• As is and to be processes scoped, defined, and agreed with relevant stakeholders.
• Review of existing front end service desk processes related to SLAM, identifying areas of improvement for both service desk and end users
• Review of licensing allocation and re-issuing in line with current SLAM making recommendations for implementing new automated processes where possible
• Review of asset management allocation and re-issuing in line with current SLAM processes making recommendations for implementing automation where possible
• Review of Active Directory data attributes in line with current SLAM making recommendations for implementing new automated processes where possible
• Review of Service Desk most logged calls with a view to identifying ways of reducing or automating relevant service requests.

Key experience for the Business Analyst:

• Able to demonstrate prior experience of implementing a SLAM within an organization of similar size (4500 users)
• Experience of working with Active Directory and OU structures
• Strong data analytic skills to analyse and extract information from ITSM tools and create reports for trends
• Experience of designing, creating and documenting workflows, processes, policies, and procedures
