Business Analyst & Process Mapper

This is an exciting opportunity, based in Milton Keynes, for a Business Analyst/Process Mapper to get involved in supporting an ERP implementation right at the beginning of the project, in a rapidly growing business. The successful candidate will have a background in Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing or other heavily-regulated industry.

The Business Analyst & Process Mapper will take responsibility for investigative work to optimise business performance through the design of effective business processes, improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organisation change. To secure business user agreement to target operating processes and resulting business requirements

You will select, adopt and adapt appropriate business analysis methods, tools and techniques; from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.

Collaborates with stakeholders at all levels, in the conduct of investigations for business process optimisation, business requirements specifications and feasibility studies.

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and be fully experienced at dealing with stakeholders.
• Understand the rationale for business analysis and is proficient in applying business analysis skills and techniques within the business change and software development life-cycles.
• Have experience of iteratively developing solutions with stakeholders and delivering requirements using a mix of Agile and Waterfall approaches
• Be able to identify where there is opportunity to remove waste from a process and design streamlined process solutions
• Possess a good understanding of business and business skills and understands the significance of commercial constraints.
• Have a background in Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing or other heavily-regulated industry.
