Business Change Manager

Our client is a global business in search of a Business Change Manager who has 2 / 3 years experience in Finance Transformation Programmes . They need someone who has a strong understanding of finance change and has the ability to work with stakeholders across large global matrix environments.

Experience:

• Solid understanding of finance processes and programmes
• Ability to work at all levels of the business including senior stakeholders
• Exceptional communication skills across the project/programme
• Experience in Change Strategy
• Credible examples of driving change through large originations
• Experience in Shared Service initiatives would be a plus
