Business Change Manager - Delivery Advisor

£500-600 per day - outside IR35

London based - remote working initially

A valid Security Clearance is essential

Consultants will have the following skills/experience:

• Experience working within Central Government
• Experience implementing and articulating Change Management frameworks and methodologies across programmes, portfolios and ideally Department wide
• Experienced delivering transformation programmes focused on behavioural and cultural change
• Proven capability of engaging with Exec level stakeholders within a Department/Organisation
• Experience up-skilling members of staff; share learning, context and best practice across the Department
• Capable of working autonomously to agreed deliverables, pro-active and personable
