Job description

My client who are embarking on a period of Process Improvement and setting up of a central Transformation team to support the wider business across Finance/ Tech & Controls. They are seeking a progressive BPI specialist to carry out the below -

Key Accountabilities:


● Develop and maintain end to end process documentation including process maps,
procedures and process guides
● Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify root causes of issues.
● Identify process efficiency and automation opportunities
● Analyse and evaluate current processes and design improvements
● Work closely with relevant teams to identify opportunities and deliver end to end solutions
● Collate data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing processes

Key skills and attributes required:


● A proactive attitude towards ongoing improvement
● A willingness to learn new skills
● Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
● Proficient with Microsoft Visio and Excel
● Familiarity with Smartsheet and Google tools would be an advantage
● Practical experience or qualifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma
and Lean)
● Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify patterns and trends
● 2 years minimum related experience required
