Job description

Change Specialist, Procurement Transformation:

This role will support the Procurement Transformation programme from a change management perspective to navigate our natural human aversion to change and ensure that our colleagues are willing, able and motivated to embrace new technologies and processes.

As a Procurement Transformation Programme Change Specialist, you will be responsible for applying a structured change methodology and leading change management activities across 1-3 agile projects to deliver and embed change.

Responsibilities:

  • Change Impact Analysis and Change Planning
    • Conducting Change Impact Assessments to identify high, medium and low impact areas
    • Defining and implement Change plans to address identified change hotspots
    • Tracking local activities and provide updates to the central change team
    • Managing change, communications and training risks and issues and escalate to the central team where appropriate
  • Change Network
    • Identifying and on-boarding networks of Change Leaders
    • Managing and coaching the network to manage change within respective business areas
  • Training
    • Providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programmes
  • Communications
    • Developing communications collateral aligned to central strategy and work with Internal Communications to cascade
    • Tracking and measuring communication delivery effectiveness and impact
